You can believe you can be healthy but until you actually do something about it you will never be healthy. Stop just thinking about it and be about it. Be about the business of taking care of your temple. Be about the business of living healthy for the Lord. Don’t just be a Christian. There are millions of Christians. Be a healthy Christian and set a true example in every facet of your life.
