God is Love

God the Father is Love - he created us to love, Jesus is Love- showed us how to love and to be loved, Holy Spirit charges us to Love - makes us ready for love. ‘All three make love complete.’

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always persevere. Food For Thought (Are you using the right spread?)

It can be very confusing at times when it comes to choosing a buttery spread. Some people like margarine and others like butter. When choosing a spread make sure you use a non-hydrogenated spread. The name brand that I use is Smart Balance. Anything that has “hydrogenated” in the first five ingredients isn’t very good for you. So, if you want to be healthy and cut some fat, stay away from hydrogenated oils.
