Food For Thought (Are you using the right spread?)

It can be very confusing at times when it comes to choosing a buttery spread. Some people like margarine and others like butter. When choosing a spread make sure you use a non-hydrogenated spread. The name brand that I use is Smart Balance. Anything that has "hydrogenated" in the first five ingredients isn't very good for you. So, if you want to be healthy and cut some fat, stay away from hydrogenated oils.
